CNC Long Turning
Precise products in large quantities
CNC long lathes are mainly used for turning small and often precise parts. Where with normal CNC lathes the product rotates and the tool moves, with a long lathe the product moves and the tool does not move. The material is pushed through a guide bush. Just behind that are the long turning tools. In this way, long and slender products can be turned very accurately. Because of this precision, long turning is also referred to as Swiss precision turning.
Our long lathes have multiple axes for complex products
Because our machines have multiple axes, the long lathe is capable of automatic transfer to make very complex products on the same machine. Setting up a long lathe generally takes more time, but once set up properly, this machine can often continue to run day and night.

Reiniging
All products are cleaned as standard in a computer-controlled cleaning installation that works with modified alcohol. We have testing facilities to check the surface cleanliness of your turned parts. In our installations we clean and degrease products up to a surface tension of 48 mN/m2!!
Of course we also provide various surface treatments.
