Machining is the term used for all forms of material processing that use computer-controlled tools to create precise and complex parts and components from a variety of materials. CNC machining involves material processing using machines that automate processes. Specific CNC machines are programmed with instructions in the form of numerical data and G-code that control the movement of the cutting tool or workpiece in multiple axes.
Automated processes
Machining involves a wide variety of processes including milling, turning, drilling and grinding. The process starts with creating a 3D model using computer-aided design (CAD) software, which is then translated into instructions for the CNC machine. The machine reads the instructions and uses the cutting tools to remove material from the workpiece to create the desired shape and dimensions.

Cleaning
All products are cleaned as standard in a computer-controlled cleaning installation that works with modified alcohol. We have testing facilities to check the surface cleanliness of your turned parts. In our installations we clean and degrease products up to a surface tension of 48 mN/m2!!
Of course we also provide various surface treatments.
