CNC Milling
Accurate products in large series
CNC milling, also known as computerized milling, is a machining process in which a computer controls the movement and operation of a cutting tool to cut materials into precise shapes and sizes. The cutting tool is mounted on a milling machine, which can move in multiple axes to achieve complex shapes and geometry. CNC milling is widely used in manufacturing to produce complex parts and components for various industries, including aerospace, automotive and medical. It offers high precision, accuracy and repeatability, producing high quality parts with consistent results.
Automated processes
The CNC milling process begins with creating a 3D model using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This model is then converted into a set of instructions called G-code that tells the milling machine how to move the cutting tool to create the desired shape. The machine reads the G-code and precisely positions the cutting tool to remove material from the workpiece, creating the desired shape.

Cleaning
All products are cleaned as standard in a computer-controlled cleaning installation that works with modified alcohol. We have testing facilities to check the surface cleanliness of your turned parts. In our installations we clean and degrease products up to a surface tension of 48 mN/m2!!
Of course we also provide various surface treatments.
