Our quality
Experience Marvo's quality, service and reliability
Measuring room
In our conditioned measuring room, your products are accurately measured and checked throughout the production process. We use state-of-the-art equipment, including:
3D CNC video measuring system with Renishaw probes
Sylvac Scan F60LT for accurate profile measurements
Mitutoyo C4500 contracer for contour measurements
SJ-500 roughness gauge for surface roughness
All measuring instruments are calibrated according to strict procedures and managed in our Measuring Instruments System (PMV). This ensures reliable and consistent quality control.
Quality assurance with Computer Aided Quality Control
For planning and execution of quality assurance, we use CAQ system (Computer Aided Quality Control). This CAQ system is built to meet the requirements of the automotive and medical technology supply industry. The system is based on VDA, ISO, QS9000 and TS16949 standards.
We monitor and control our production with our CAQ and MES system:
- Automatic inspection plans linked to stamped drawings
- Real-time quality control through our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and CAQ system
- Intelligent measurement software guiding operators step-by-step through the measurement process
- Statistical analysis (SPC, Cp, Cpk) to minimise process deviations
- Automated checks on external operations for seamless quality control
Your quality requirements
To prove that our products meet your quality requirements, we can report the initial sample inspection to you via an EMPB or PPAP. We can supplement this report with material certificates, IMDS reports, ROHS declarations, specific measurements, layer thickness reports, salt spray tests, etc.
In the complaint management module, external complaints from suppliers and customers are recorded and managed. With 8D-Problemsolving, we analyse causes and take containment- and preventive measures. We also register and manage internal deviations in this system to enable continuous improvement.
Why choose Marvo?
